Some ethical issues that go along with plastic surgery, you may not even think about at first. Like endangering your life. Would you risk your life to have a cheek implant, or a butt lift. Another issue is vanity. Many people will only focus on their physical appearance instead of other important things in their life. Lots of people might think you have an unfair advantage if you look better than everyone else. Some people may think you are going against God's will.
Lots of times I have thought that it was moraly wrong to get plastic surgery. It can give you more self esteem, or it could go totally wrong. The usage of surgery to improve patients’ psychological self-esteem issues versus the usage of surgery for traditional health reasons is a big issue in plastic surgery. This is sort of like cosmetics vs. heath. If you think it is "playing God", I agree with you. You are changing your appearance to something other than what God wanted you to look like. God wants you to look like a human, not a doll with ridiculously large eyes or lips.
